Gathering before the ski lessons
Every day in the winter, more than 250 instructors leave La Croisette to join their students.
At certain periods more than 500 instructors join their clients in the various hotels and chalets of Courchevel.
Ideally located at the departure point of three ski lifts, the ESF Courchevel premises and reception are the recommended meeting point for ski lessons, training courses, snowboarding and off-piste skiing.
After having checked the weather report, this is where the instructors organize the best skiing trips to the 3 Vallées.
The Stadium, an essential asset to our performance
Over 1,325 meter long with a 355 meter drop, the Courchevel slalom stadium was completely reworked in 2010. The timing chalet has a timing room, toilets, cloakrooms, a waxing room and a bar.
The slope has been probated to welcome International events and races such as ISF, European, and World Cups (slalom, giant slalom, and Women Super G). Its design enables several competitions to be run at the same time.
It is directly accessible using several ski lifts: 2 ski lifts, 1 telecabin, or 1 chair lift. It is equipped with snow cannons along its entire length and can usually be used from December to the end of April.
A team of five people work on the stadium throughout the season: 1 manager, 1 official timer and three technicians. When major official competitions are organised, three extra official timers join this team. The Club des Sports also participates, helping with a 15 members staff.
The slalom stadium organises 1 ESF test per day, and up to 3 tests per day during school holidays. It also hosts many conventions, events and private races (sledge races, parallel slaloms, fireworks…). It also offers the possibility to organize after-race events such as meals, barbecues, or "vin chaud". The stadium is managed by the Club des Sports, and the Courchevel 1850 ESF is its major partner.
Slope-style sessions at the railpark!
Located beneath the Plantrey ski lifts before, the snowpark has now been moved under the Verdons lift to create a huge Family Park ! This is the favourite spot for banks, boxes, wall and hipe fans!
The Courchevel railpark offers all riders unforgettable Freestyle sessions. Maintained in perfect condition the modules are for all levels, from beginners (green) to experts (black) not to mention the intermediate levels (blue and red). Guaranteed thrill...

The Courchevel snowcross is accessible to the eldest and the youngest. You will be surprised to see that the adults are not the ones who cross the finish line first!
Enter the race at the Family Park under the Verdons cabins, visit the Wood park on the Tovets pist, and fun areas in 1650.
Those areas are managed in partnership by the ESF ski schools of Courchevel and the Société des 3 Vallées (S3V).
