Sébastien has never left the mountain landscapes since he originally comes from Bozel, in Savoie. This local boy has been teaching for 16 years at ESF Courchevel.

It is at three that this ski-fan started hitting snowy pistes. After he worked on ski lifts for eleven years in Courchevel 1650, he passed his instructor qualification and became a ski instructor.

What pushed him to become a ski instructor is simply his love for sliding. For him, skiing is a wonderful sport and even after years of practice and experience, Sébastien enjoys every day the sensation of freedom conveyed by this sport.

Specialised in off-piste skiing, snowboarding and ski touring, his strong point is, according to him, his capacity to adapt to any situation and any type of customer.

Sébastien has never taught in any other place than Courchevel. The famous ski school conveys three main values according to him: a perfect knowledge and respect of the alpine environment, the transmission of a professional knowledge and finally, team spirit. By a matter of fact, his favourite piste is La Combe des Pylônes, even though for him the most beautiful pistes in the world are in the Trois Vallées skiing area.

Once the winter season is over, Sébastien gets back to his carpentry work. During his free time, he practices other sports in contact with nature, such as hiking and hunting.
