This instructor from Bourg Saint-Maurice joined the great family of Courchevel 5 years ago.

It's been two years since Sébastien joined the large family of instructors in Courchevel. This passionate skier began skiing at the age of 3 and immediately loved it ! After 20 years of competition, including 10 in the French team where he gets very good results in many national and international championships, Sébastien went to live in Les Allues and was seduced by the quality of the ESF and the resort of Courchevel, a resort where he finally decided to teach.

As part of his competitions, Sébastien was able to ski almost everywhere. However, it does not matter : the most beautiful ski areas in the world are in France, and the one of the Trois Vallées is undoubtedly part of them. In Courchevel, he particularly appreciates the slope of the Jockeys, which goes down to the Praz from La Tania through the trees. His favorite feeling : the one that gets him when he executes turns in the middle of a magnificent setting.

The rest of the year, Sébastien is a wealth management consultant. The teaching of skiing is his shot in his arm that allows him to clear his mind in the middle of the nature. Apart from these two jobs, he likes to pick mushrooms, to garden... and of course take care of his wife and daughters.

For Sébastien, there is nothing more delightful than seeing his students progress and have fun on the slopes. That's why his educational approach puts pleasure before the rest. Even today, he remembers the time when one of his students passed the "Bronze Arrow" at the end of the week... when he was 16 seconds too long on the first day ! The young skier had tears of joy and Sébastien was proud of him, as he is proud of all his young skiers full on determination.
