Good mentor and experienced instructor, Luc’s experience has been closely linked to ski.
Luc was born at Toulon, far from any ski trail. On the slopes, Luc enjoys the feeling of being at one with the mountain and the sense of harmony he feels when hurtling down snowy slopes. When he was 15, that was a perfect environment for this teenager who was missing a true passion to consider his future serenely. This goes to show how ski has been important in his life. For 34 years, he has been teaching for his own pleasure as well as for the pleasure of his learners.
Luc has been able to make the most of his life; it taught him to be always determined and to constantly surpass himself. His experience also developed his teaching method and an infinite patience which allows him to help each of his learners as best as he can, regardless of their personal backgrounds.
This attentive instructor taught in several ski resorts- Pralognan, Arcs, La Plagne, Val d’Isère, Serre Chevalier and many others. It is still with the same pleasure that he comes back to Courchevel, for its unique working conditions and for its customers. His favourite slopes are Les Grandes Bosses and Les Avals.
Luc belongs to the great family of the ESF, a family made up with ski instructors who hold dear certain values, such as sharing, solidarity and excellence- the same values that shaped his personal experience. Over many years of teaching, Luc has had time to collect more and more memories- such as the day when a helicopter landed on top of Mont Blanc so he had the opportunity to ski downhill on the Italian slope. Unforgettable.
In summer, Luc is a paragliding instructor. For him, it is a way to maintain a connection with the open air, an element which is indispensable for this passionate instructor.
