‘Refinement and excellence.’

About

For six years, Victoria Mugnier enjoys sharing her passion for ski to new learners.

Originally from Courchevel, Victoria was born in a family of ski instructors- her whole family teaches the practise of this sport. It was therefore natural for her to follow the same path. She has been part of the ESF for six years now.

Before becoming a ski instructor, she was a member of the Sports Club and took part in Alpine skiing competitions. Incidentally, she reaches the regional and even the national level.

Why did Victoria choose ski? Simply because she grew up in the ski resort. She hurtled down her first slope when she was only two. She also chose this sport because she likes cold temperatures, sledging, wide-open spaces and speed. These are the reasons why Victoria wants to stay in Courchevel.

Very attentive to her learners’ needs, Victoria does everything she can to adapt her teaching to their levels and their goals. Whenever possible, she takes them to her favourite ski runs: the Jockeys Trail, and La Loze.

Apart from giving ski lessons, Victoria runs a restaurant. When she has free time, she does sports or she travels, another passion. She already skied in Ushuaia, Argentina, which remains for her an experience that left unforgettable memories. If you ask her what her favourite slopes are, she will probably answer: M in Courchevel, La Face de Bellevarde at Val d’Isère, and the descent of Lake Louise in Canada.

Yet, Victoria always comes back to Courchevel after her journeys. For her, Courchevel is synonymous with effectiveness, adaptability, security and respect towards their learners.
