Having spent her youth in the stunning mountains of Chamonix, hitting the slopes at all levels, her passion for winter sports was growing by the day. It was only natural that she should become a ski instructor. Seeing her students progress, gaining confidence and perfecting their technique is what drives Lou every day. This instructor offers lessons in both French and English, so that students from all over the world can discover winter sports in the best possible conditions. 

In terms of teaching, Lou doesn't impose a single methodology. She strives to adapt the content of her lessons to her clients, so that everyone can discover the discipline at their own pace, and refine their technique in the right conditions. If there's one thing that's common to all her lessons, it's her joy and good humour on the slopes!
